Conductor Bag
It produces 3 types of conductive Big-Bags.
Type A: Made from non-conductive fabric, these bags do not require any precautions against electrostatic charge. They should not be used in explosive gas or dust environments.
Type B: Big Bags are made of fabrics with a resistance voltage not exceeding 6 kV and are made of non-conductive materials. The bag surface must be free of substances such as water and oil to prevent sparks, and there must be no clips or tools in contact with the bag surface.
Type C: Type C bags are made of fabrics that are non-conductive but have conductive fibers spaced at regular intervals. These conductive fibers must be in contact with each other with a resistance of less than 10 to the power of 7 ohms and must be grounded during the filling/discharging process. These bags prevent sparks and ignition by grounding the flammable gases generated by the material being transported during filling and discharging, thus dissipating any static electricity that may build up due to friction between the bag and the material.
It can be produced with safety coefficients of 5:1, 6:1, and 8:1 for weights from 500 to 2,000 kilograms. Conductivity can be added to standard or Q Big Bags.
Area of Use: Conductive Big Bags should be used when filling or discharging is required in explosive substances or environments.
